The place

PappaRich presents Malaysian food through a contemporary take on the country’s traditional coffee shops. Its Australian menu brings together nasi lemak, roti canai, curry laksa and char koay teow, alongside drinks such as teh tarik. The brand connects these different dishes through Malaysia’s varied culinary traditions, keeping the coffee-shop meal at the centre of its story.

Through the lens

The sequence moves from a flower-framed entrance and occupied dining room to rice plates, burgers and takeaway packaging. Food being assembled at the counter adds a hands-on detail between the wider table spreads.
