The place

Alleyway Kitchen brings Chinese dishes and Asian-influenced food into an everyday dining format. Its menu moves between rice combinations, noodles, dumplings and dim sim, with Taiwanese street-food influences also represented. A hot-display selection sits alongside individually ordered dishes, giving the brand a mix of familiar meal combinations and smaller bites.

Through the lens

Bamboo steamers and dark serving dishes give this collection a warm, tactile setting. Hands filling wrappers connect the finished dumplings and buns to the preparation details.
