A drink. A little ritual.
The place
Molly Tea is a Chinese tea brand originating in Shenzhen, with floral fragrance at the centre of its identity. Jasmine provides a recurring starting point, joined by tea profiles such as gardenia, osmanthus and white champaca. Its Australian menu carries those aromas into fresh milk teas, iced teas and drinks finished with whipped cream. The approach pairs scented tea with a contemporary café format, giving traditional Chinese tea ingredients a different everyday setting. Across the range, the emphasis stays on the relationship between tea, flowers and texture, with jasmine linking the brand's story to its signature drinks.
Through the lens
A held cup, a pour, a finishing touch and the exchange across a counter. This selection moves between drinks and service, with the illuminated flower mark returning as a thread through the space.
