The place

Onni Korean BBQ is a Korean barbecue restaurant in Preston. The table is the centre of its presentation: a built-in grill sits between plates of meat, vegetables and side dishes, with an overhead extractor completing the setting. It is a dining format organised around the grill and the food arranged within reach of it.

Through the lens
