A bowl, a table, a closer look.
The place
Cafe Pavilion Gohan brings Japanese-inspired food into Melbourne’s café setting. Its menu combines dishes such as donburi, ramen, gyoza and karaage with coffee and matcha drinks. The concept connects the familiarity of Japanese comfort food with the rhythm of a city café, placing a cup of coffee and a bowl of food within the same everyday experience.
Through the lens
Dark tabletops and focused light draw attention to seafood, noodle bowls and complete meal trays. Cream-and-green brand graphics sit alongside the photographs, extending the collection from food detail into visual identity.
