Around the hotpot.
The place
Tan Hotpot is a Melbourne hotpot restaurant also identified by the Chinese name 谭鸭血. Its dining room places hotpot tables beneath warm pendant lights, with red timber, a painted brick wall and illuminated Chinese lettering. The setting makes the shared table a clear part of the restaurant’s visual identity.
Through the lens
Red lanterns and brick-wall artwork surround a table laid with hotpot ingredients. Wide spreads and closer mushroom details bring colour, texture and the restaurant setting into the same sequence.
